Rachel started practicing Pilates in Hong-Kong since 2013 to strengthen her core and improve her posture. Not only did Pilates help her achieve that, but it gave her a better sense of body awareness. It is the perfect antidote to Rachel’s corporate career in the finance industry. Her interest in Pilates led her to deepen her practice through the Stott Pilates instructor courses.
Rachel believes that the Pilates Principles provide a good foundation for other forms of exercises as it teaches you to move with intention and awareness whilst prioritizing safety and efficiency. Movement is medicine and Rachel’s passion is to share the benefits of Pilates with others.
