STOTT PILATES®
STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Lindsay and Moira Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent over three decades refining the acclaimed STOTT PILATES® method of exercise. The refined method resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation — making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to teach the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise. Upon passing the exam, they will be recognized as a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. Only upon the receipt of their certificate will they be entitled to identify themselves as a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. Our programs provide a balanced and thorough blend of theory, observation and practical experience to help you master the repertoire.
