After an ACL and meniscus injury during a national competition, Hailey discovered Pilates—a transformative practice that completely redefined her approach to fitness and wellness.
With a background in vinyasa yoga, Hailey had a deep understanding of movement, but it was Pilates that unlocked a new level of strength, stability, and body awareness. As someone with hypermobility, she found that Pilates provided the perfect balance, enhancing her core strength, reducing knee and back pain, and improving overall stability.
