Tina Shin

Born and raised South Korea, Tina has been living in Hong Kong since 2013. Her Pilates journey began when she was working as a fashion designer in Korea. Fascinated by the sense of connecting mind and body, she became a passionate practitioner of yoga and Pilates. In 2021, Tina completed an official Yoga training course (RYT 200 & RCYT 100) at Anahata-Yoga from the Heart. She was also an active member of Andiappan Yoga Community (AYC) in Discovery Bay.

Nowadays, Pilates has become Tina’s main focus, since it enhances strength and balance in her body and relieve her scoliosis issue. In her Pilates class, she going to emphasize not only physical movement but breath awareness with body work. She wants her clients to be able to embrace the benefits of building a strong core and fitness foundation through the Pilates method.

In her class, Tina will encourage her clients to have fun and focus solely on themselves through nurturing yet challenging routine. She will be ready to support clients to optimize their movement & alignment.
