Joyce

Joyce exudes a deep passion for holistic health and loves nothing more than helping others maximise their wellbeing and happiness. She discovered Pilates almost 20 years ago in Australia when she battled with neck and shoulder pain as she was managing her final year of Law School and professional Actuarial exams. Since then, Joyce has deepened her practice in Pilates by taking classes with great teachers around the world, thanks to her international career. A certified STOTT® Reformer Pilates instructor, Joyce will share with you her interest in movement, and work with you to achieve your goals or simply decompress your body and your mind.

Professionally, Joyce is a trained actuary and lawyer. Over the last decade, she has led the development and implementation of health businesses and wellness strategies for a number of global insurance companies across Asia-Pacific. She continues to further her knowledge in Functional Medicine, body movement and brain health by completing a number of international certified training programs.

In her free time, you will see Joyce working out with her favourite trainers, practising Pilates, yoga, Thai Boxing and weight training. She tries to balance it all with some breathwork and meditation. An avid foodie and wine lover, amateur (WSET Level 3) sommelier & barista J, Joyce loves trying out the best restaurants around the world and creating healthy meals for her friends at home.
