Emily has been a sports enthusiast since childhood. She loves the idea of challenging our minds and body in every way possible. Coming from a background of Crossfit and weightlifting, Emily found that Pilates fixed her posture, strengthened her core and increased mobility, making her a more all-rounded athlete. 

With her experience in different arrays of sports from water to land, she can help you incorporate Pilates into your routine, enhancing your overall athletic performance. As a STOTT-trained Pilates Instructor, Emily is committed to making progress with clients and helping them reach their fitness goals through Pilates, whether it is body conditioning, strengthening or mobility issues.
