Anhao Wellness is proud to offer two locations - one in Mid-Levels and the other in Causeway Bay.

Our Mid-Levels studio is designed to be a boutique space that provides a calm and mindful environment in the heart of Central. In addition to reformers, we also offer a Cadillac, barrels, and Pilates chairs.

Our Causeway Bay studio, on the other hand, is a luxurious and artistic space that provides inspiration for your workouts. With 10 reformers and reformer towers, it's the perfect location to take your practice to the next level.

Don't forget that we will also be starting our Pilates teacher training program at our Causeway Bay location this month. Contact us to learn more and enroll!

Anhao Wellness has two studios: in Mid-Levels and in Causeway Bay

Our Mid-Levels studio is our OG - designed as a boutique studio, it provides a calm and mindful space in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Central. In addition to reformers, we also have a Cadillac, barrels and Pilates chairs here

Our Causeway Bay studio is designed to be a luxurious and artistic space, where the aesthetics of the studio work together to put you in a mindset for a workout. Equipped with 10 reformers, we also have reformer towers at this location.

Our STOTT Pilates Mat Pilates Instructor Training course is happening from Apr 30 to May 10 (May 4-6 off) at our Causeway Bay studio.
This comprehensive course covers everything you need to know to become a certified Pilates instructor, including the STOTT PILATES® Basic Principles, essential, intermediate, and power workouts, and variations using the Flex-Band, Fitness Circle, and Arc Barrel.

You'll also learn effective communication and observational skills, verbal cueing and imagery techniques for performance enhancement and client motivation, theory and practice of postural analysis, and how to incorporate resistance equipment to support and intensify exercises.
